Interested candidates, kindly mail to [email protected] Job Purpose: Deliver reliable IT operations by managing enterprise infrastructure, user services, industrial technology platforms and field connectivity to support engineering, project execution and plant operations across clean energy facilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, end-user computing and communication systems to ensure high system availability.
• Support Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure including engineering workstations, industrial networks, SCADA interfaces, historians and plant connectivity in coordination with engineering and operations teams.
• Administer enterprise applications, collaboration platforms, engineering software and business systems to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance, system availability and service levels, and resolve operational issues through preventive and corrective actions.
• Support implementation, configuration and maintenance of cybersecurity controls, endpoint protection, access management and backup systems.
• Coordinate installation, upgrades, patch management and lifecycle management of IT hardware, software and network infrastructure.
• Support engineering teams by maintaining CAD, engineering design, simulation and technical software environments.




• Coordinate IT support for project sites, pilot facilities and operational locations, ensuring reliable communication and digital connectivity.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, software licenses, configuration records and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with technology vendors, service providers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve IT service delivery.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity testing and infrastructure resilience initiatives. Qualifications &

Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics or related discipline.
• 10-12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, technical operations or industrial IT within energy, oil & gas, mining, manufacturing, utilities or process industries.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization, networking, storage and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience supporting engineering applications, enterprise systems and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
• Positive understanding of industrial networking, cybersecurity, SCADA connectivity and IT service management.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization platforms, backup solutions and endpoint management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, stakeholder coordination and vendor management skills.
