Role Description The Service Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Service Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of conveyors and related systems at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, executing troubleshooting procedures, providing field service support, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex problems. The role also involves preparing service reports, advising customers on best practices for equipment operation, and supporting preventive maintenance programs. The Service Engineer will interact with customer representatives regularly, maintaining clear communication and skilled service standards. Qualifications
