5–10 Years ? Department: Business / Category Management We are looking for an experienced Category Manager – Smartphone Services to own the end-to-end strategy, P&L;, growth, profitability, and customer experience for the smartphone services category.

Key Responsibilities
Drive category strategy, revenue, margins, and profitability Identify growth opportunities across repairs, refurbishment, trade-ins, accessories, and service bundles Develop pricing, service packages, warranties, and SLAs Analyse market trends, customer insights, competitors, and service performance Improve digital and physical customer journeys Drive operational excellence, TAT, first-time-fix, and customer satisfaction Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Retail, Finance, Technology,



and Operations teams Lead performance dashboards and monthly business reviews Ideal Candidate: Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred 5–10 years of experience in category management, consumer electronics, smartphone retail, after-sales service, e-commerce, or service operations Strong P&L; and commercial understanding Experience with dashboards, CRM/ERP, analytics, and advanced Excel Solid stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills ?
