Our Foundational Internship is a structured six-month program designed to develop capabilities, discover potential and build our future teams. Your Internship Journey The program progresses through three stages: 1. Research, Learn & Communicate Explore unfamiliar concepts through first-principles thinking. Participate in research, technical storytelling, script development and AI-assisted conceptual animation. 2. Explore Technology Through Challenges Work on practical technical challenges, experiment with different technologies, solve problems and discover your strengths. 3. Choose Your Stream & Own Real Work Progress toward one of four career pathways:
• Product Development: Build modules for real software products.
• Applied AI: Develop intelligent applications, agents and workflows.
• AI Model Development: Explore and experiment with AI model development.
• Intellectual Media: Develop technical research, storytelling and conceptual animations for published content.

working hours
and outcome-based expectations.
Location:
Chennai, with remote, office and hybrid arrangements available. Eligibility: No prior technical experience required. Final-semester students may receive special consideration. Interns are expected to have their own laptops. Full-Time Opportunities There is no fixed hiring quota. Every intern who demonstrates exceptional performance and meets Arivula's dependability standards will be offered a suitable full-time role. Qualifying full-time conversions receive a joining bonus of ₹1 lakh to ₹1.5 lakh.
