Description We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to drive the modernization of enterprise applications from legacy .
NET architectures to cloud-native solutions using Python, React, and AWS. This role will leverage AI-assisted, spec-driven development methodologies using tools such as Kiro and other AI coding agents to accelerate software delivery while maintaining high standards of security, compliance, scalability, and engineering excellence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on full-stack engineer with expertise in cloud-native application development, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, DevOps, and AI-powered software engineering practices. Experience modernizing enterprise applications and leading technical delivery in Agile environments is essential. Responsibilities
• Lead modernization of legacy .
NET applications to cloud-native architectures.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Python, React, and AWS.
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate software delivery through spec-driven development.
• Develop and manage AWS infrastructure using IaC.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and ECS/Fargate.
• Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform code reviews, security reviews, and quality assessments.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and platform teams.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, and performance standards.




• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and technical design. Requirements

• Robust proficiency in Python, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Flask and/or FastAPI, REST APIs, authentication, and secure coding.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, data modeling, and database optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (Kiro, Gemini CLI, GitHub CLI, or similar).
• Experience reviewing and validating AI-generated code and infrastructure.
• Strong AWS experience (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, ALB, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Route 53, ACM).
• Expertise in Terraform (preferred) or AWS CloudFormation.
• Experience with Docker, container orchestration, and ECS/Fargate (Kubernetes/EKS is a plus).
• Experience with GitHub Actions, DevOps, GitOps, and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong understanding of scalable, secure, and modular application architecture.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams with excellent collaboration skills.
