About the Role
Blowtrumpet is building a future-ready, scalable Ad-Tech platform. We seek a technically articulate, business-minded individual to work closely with the founders, translate product vision into programmable architecture, and drive development coordination, documentation, and hiring support.

Key Responsibilities
• Translate business vision into modular software architecture, technical specifications, and developer-ready requirements.
• Bridge the founders and development team to ensure clarity, coordination, and timely execution.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, presentations, and software integration plans.
• Assist with hiring technical talent, evaluating candidate profiles, and coordinating recruitment for product development.
• Develop an understanding of programmatic advertising, audience targeting, finance-grade transaction processing, skill-based gaming architectures, and multi-feature automation.
• Support secure, scalable, auditable MVP delivery with minimal reliance on AI coding tools.



Who Should Apply?
• Preferably graduates from Tier-1 institutes or candidates with equivalent technical ability and demonstrated excellence.
• Robust understanding of programming concepts, web technologies, APIs, databases, and software architecture.
• Excellent communication, documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine interest in Ad-Tech, deep-tech software development, and building a scalable startup.
• Self-driven, execution-oriented, and comfortable wearing multiple hats across technology, business, and hiring. This is not a conventional coordination role.
