Geohomz is looking for a smart, proactive and resourceful professional to work directly with the CMD, coordinating a diverse portfolio of real-estate developments and emerging business opportunities across Tamil Nadu. This is not just an engineering job. • Coordinate project planning, drawings, estimates, schedules and documentation.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, vendors and authorities.
• Visit sites, supervise progress and track quality, costs and timelines.
• Maintain project records, expense statements, action trackers and basic accounts.
• Organise meetings, record decisions and follow up until actions are completed.
• Research new opportunities, source resources and help assemble project teams.




• Support the CMD with analysis, presentations, planning and decision-making.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure that ideas translate into action. ? Who Should Apply?
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Freshers with exceptional initiative and candidates with relevant experience are welcome.
• Excellent English communication; Tamil, Hindi and other Indian languages are advantages.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, presentations, digital tools and documentation.
• CAD/BIM knowledge is desirable.
• Organised, analytical, dependable and willing to travel.
• Able to work independently, communicate confidently and coordinate people across different locations. Applications are welcome from across India. Candidates from North India with robust English communication, adaptability and a willingness to learn Tamil are particularly encouraged. ?
