Experience:
Minimum 15 years in Pharmaceutical Microbiology CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Microbiology Laboratory Operations for Formulation & API.
• Manage microbiological testing, Environmental Monitoring and Water Monitoring programs.
• Ensure timely testing of raw materials, in-process, finished products, stability and cleaning validation samples.
• Lead OOS, deviations, laboratory incidents, investigations, RCA and CAPA.
• Review SOPs, specifications, protocols, validation studies, reports and trend analyses.




• Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity and applicable pharmacopeial/regulatory requirements.
• Drive inspection readiness and support regulatory/customer audits.
• Ensure effective utilization of LIMS/SAP and compliance of laboratory equipment.
• Lead, coach and develop the Microbiology team. Candidate Requirements
