About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ERP – Manufacturing Functional Consultant who can understand business requirements, configure ERP manufacturing modules, and support end-to-end manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand and analyze manufacturing business requirements.
• Configure and implement ERP manufacturing modules.
• Work on BOM (Bill of Materials), Work Orders, Routings, Work Centers, and Production Planning.
• Handle MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and inventory-related processes.
• Understand Production, Planning, Scheduling, and Shop Floor processes.
• Prepare functional documentation including BRD, FRD, process flows, and user manuals.
• Conduct requirement gathering and gap analysis with clients/users.
• Coordinate with technical teams for customization and integrations.
• Perform UAT, testing, issue analysis,
and user training.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
• Participate in ERP implementation, enhancement, and support projects. Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience as an ERP Manufacturing Functional Consultant.
• Solid understanding of Manufacturing & Production processes.
• Hands-on experience with:
• BOM
• MRP
• Production Orders
• Work Centers
• Routings
• Inventory
• Production Planning
• Quality Management
• Experience in ERP implementation/configuration.
• Good knowledge of requirement gathering and functional documentation.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work with both business users and technical teams. Preferred Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or similar ERP systems will be an advantage.
