We are looking for attentive, responsible, and motivated individuals to join our team as Process Associates – CCTV Monitoring and contribute to our US supermarket surveillance operations.

Job Description
As a CCTV Monitoring Process Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring live surveillance feeds from supermarket locations in the United States, identifying unusual activities, following established monitoring procedures, and reporting incidents promptly. The role requires strong observation skills, attention to detail, discipline, and the ability to work in a process-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor live CCTV camera feeds from assigned US supermarket locations.
• Identify and report suspicious activities, security concerns, and unusual incidents.
• Observe store activities and follow established monitoring protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Escalate incidents to the appropriate supervisor or designated contact when required.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, monitoring records, and shift reports.
• Ensure consistent attention to assigned camera feeds throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies, client instructions,



data confidentiality requirements, and security procedures.
• Coordinate with team leaders and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and effective handovers between shifts. Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (10+2) or any graduate; freshers may apply.
• Good observation skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to prepare clear incident reports.
• Ability to remain alert, focused, and responsible during

working hours
.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required to support US operating hours.
• Prior experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or surveillance is an advantage but not mandatory.
