The OpportunityWe are looking for a seasoned performance marketing professional who looks beyond campaign dashboards and understands what drives business growth. This role is for someone who enjoys solving complex growth challenges, connecting marketing performance with business metrics, building strong client relationships and creating systems that scale. You should be comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the initiative to turn opportunities into outcomes. What You'll Own
• Drive performance strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads and relevant paid media channels, with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Translate campaign data into actionable insights on profitability, customer acquisition, ROAS, budgets and growth opportunities.
• Build strong client partnerships through transparent communication, strategic recommendations and confident performance reviews.
• Balance hands-on campaign expertise with guiding team execution, maintaining quality and raising performance standards.
• Develop a sound understanding of commercials,



resource efficiency and the business impact of marketing decisions.
• Bring structure, ownership and independent decision-making to a fast-paced, evolving agency environment. Who Should Apply?
• 6–7 years of substantial, hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably within established digital marketing agencies.
• Strong expertise in paid media strategy, campaign optimization, analytics and business performance metrics.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate insights and influence decisions.
• A commercially minded professional who connects campaign performance to business outcomes rather than optimizing metrics in isolation.
• Self-driven, curious and comfortable taking ownership of complex challenges with minimal supervision. This opportunity is best suited to experienced paid media professionals.
