Industry: Equipment Manufacturing | Food Processing Machinery We are looking for an experienced Installation & Commissioning Lead to drive installation planning, project execution, customer service, and operational excellence for a leading snack food equipment manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities
? Lead installation and commissioning planning, scheduling, and execution. ? Ensure timely installation, commissioning, and handover of machinery to customers in running condition. ? Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Quality, Finance, and Dispatch teams for smooth project execution. ? Manage project timelines, cost control, service revenue planning, and operational performance.



? Develop and implement standard processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality. ? Monitor customer feedback, resolve product quality complaints, and drive continuous improvement. ? Lead and develop the team while ensuring timely reporting and achievement of business objectives.

Requirements:
✅ 10–12 years of experience in the equipment manufacturing sector. ✅ Strong technical knowledge of machinery installation and commissioning. ✅ Excellent project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills. ✅ Robust leadership, communication, and people management abilities. ?
