Key Responsibilities - Review medical records and assign accurate CPT, ICD, HCPCS codes, and modifiers. - Analyze patient documentation to determine appropriate codes for medical billing. - Resolve coding-related queries from clients and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, NCCI edits, and coding standards. - Support quality and productivity improvement initiatives. - Monitor pending queues and review coding feedback reports.



- Stay updated on coding guidelines and regulatory changes. - Mentor new joiners during the On-the-Job Training (OJT) phase, as required.
