Key Responsibilities
Review IDF's & qualify them for adherance & adequacy. Analyze invention disclosures and technical information to understand the novelty and patentable aspects of inventionsConduct invention mining to gather technical details on the inventionsPrepare clear, accurate, and comprehensive patent specification in accordance with patent drafting standards and filing requirements as stated in the Patent ActEnsure timely completion of assigned patent drafting activities to meet filing deadlinesWorkout possible prosecution strategies based on International Search Report (ISR) analysis reports of filed patent applications
