Role Description The Webmaster is a full-time remote role responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the official digital presence of India’s Future Investors. Day-to-day tasks include updating website content, ensuring site security and performance, and coordinating with creative and production teams to publish show-related information, episodes, and promotional materials. The role involves implementing and maintaining site architecture, overseeing hosting and domains, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure seamless user experience.

The Webmaster will collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, integrate e-commerce and interactive features,



and track user engagement through analytics. This role requires proactive monitoring, regular backups, and continuous improvements to keep the site secure, accessible, and engaging for viewers and participants.

Qualifications

- Web Design skills with experience creating user-friendly, responsive interfaces and optimizing for mobile and desktop.
- E-Commerce experience, including managing online transactions, payment gateways, and secure user account features.
- Programming skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and common CMS platforms; knowledge of backend frameworks is an advantage).
- Project Management abilities to coordinate website updates, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Web Analytics skills to track performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness, and to recommend data-driven improvements.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, with attention to detail and commitment to site security and reliability.
- Experience with SEO best practices and performance optimization (page speed, caching, image optimization, and accessibility).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, communicate clearly, and adapt to a fast-paced entertainment and media environment.
