Company Description Digital Duo is building an AI-powered digital twin platform that helps manufacturing and asset-intensive teams connect equipment data, assess emerging risks, and make informed maintenance decisions. The platform integrates data ingestion from IoT sensors and industrial systems, connected asset dashboards, predictive analytics, and what-if operational simulations.

The company’s initial focus is on manufacturing reliability and predictive maintenance, working closely with operations, maintenance, reliability, and OT teams to develop practical industrial data use cases.

Role Description This is a full-time, in office Test Engineer role based in Hyderabad.

The Test

Engineer is responsible for designing, documenting, and executing test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of Digital Duo’s platform components. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams to understand requirements, creating test plans and scenarios, performing functional and regression testing, and logging detailed defects.



The role also involves working with automation and tooling where relevant, supporting release readiness activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing practices and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Test Engineering and overall Testing methodologies.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Test Execution and working with detailed Test Cases.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in Functional Testing of complex software platforms.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with QA tools, defect tracking systems, and version control.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and clear documentation skills.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in industrial IoT, data platforms, AI/ML-based products, or manufacturing systems testing is beneficial.
