As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. The professional collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the architectural designs align with business objectives and technical requirements, continuously refining and adapting strategies to meet evolving needs within dynamic environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to foster qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of system design principles and architectural frameworks.
- Experience in developing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
