Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Jodhpur.

The Technical

Trainer will conduct classroom and lab-based training sessions on technical concepts and job-oriented skills for students preparing for careers in the tech industry.

Responsibilities include designing and updating training content, creating lesson plans, and delivering engaging sessions that simplify complex topics. The role involves assessing learner performance, providing feedback, and tracking progress to ensure training effectiveness.

The Technical





Trainer will collaborate with other trainers and academic coordinators to align curriculum with industry requirements and support placement-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise as Technical Trainers with experience in Technical Training for technology-focused programs.
- Candidates should have skills in Training & Development and Training, including curriculum design and classroom facilitation.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent Communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly and interacting with diverse learners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
- Hands-on knowledge of core programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and/or software development tools commonly used in campus placements.
- Prior experience training college students or early-career professionals for technical interviews, coding assessments, or aptitude tests is preferred.
- Ability to use digital tools (presentation software, learning platforms, coding environments) to deliver interactive, practice-oriented sessions.
- Strong learner-centric mindset, patience, and the ability to mentor and motivate students from diverse educational backgrounds.
