About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Technical Team Lead with 5–6 years of experience in full-stack development, specializing in React, Python, and SQL. The ideal candidate should have robust technical expertise, the ability to lead a development team, and experience delivering scalable, high-quality applications.

The candidate should also be comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance engineering productivity. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and Python.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, database schemas, and data operations.
- Drive technical discussions, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and development plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and management to ensure successful project execution.
- Establish coding standards, development best practices, and maintain code quality.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, generate code, debug, and optimize development workflows.




- Explore and implement AI-driven solutions and automation wherever applicable.
- Take ownership of technical challenges and ensure effective problem resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in software/full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and modern frontend development.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Good understanding of SQL, database design, query writing, and optimization.
- Experience leading or mentoring developers and managing technical deliverables.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, application architecture, and software development lifecycle.
- Experience with Git, version control, debugging, and code review practices.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on development with team leadership responsibilities.

Good to Have

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and Generative AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
