At Synapse, we are looking for a curious, analytical and proactive individual to join our team and work closely with our Director of Sales and leadership team.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Identify industry trends and business opportunities.
- Prepare business presentations, pitch decks and proposals.
- Draft professional client emails and LinkedIn outreach messages.
- Support sales strategy and business development initiatives.
- Assist with research and strategic projects for leadership.

? Skills We're Looking For:

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking.
- Research-oriented and detail-focused mindset.




- Valuable presentation and documentation skills.
- Proactive attitude, ownership and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

? Preferred Background: MBA, BBA, B.Com, B.Tech or any relevant bachelor's degree. Candidates from Pre-Sales, Market Research, Business Analysis or Sales Support backgrounds are welcome.
