We are seeking an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in digital marketing and brand storytelling to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that build brand equity for both Aaytham Consulting and its clients. You will play a key role in developing creative campaigns, overseeing online and offline brand initiatives, and ensuring consistency in messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility, positioning, and equity for Aaytham Consulting and its clients.
- Lead the creation of impactful brand stories that resonate with target audiences and align with business goals.
- Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media marketing (LinkedIn, Meta, Google), and influencer collaborations.
- Manage content strategy for all platforms, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging across digital and traditional channels.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to refine branding and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and measure the performance of campaigns and branding efforts, providing actionable insights for improvement.




- Maintain a strong understanding of emerging digital marketing techniques, tools, and platforms to keep campaigns innovative and relevant.
- Guide and mentor junior team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality branding services.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications, preferably within consulting or qualified services.
- Proven success in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns.
- Strong background in both traditional and digital marketing, including print, events, PR, SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Experience in managing and leading a marketing team, with demonstrated ability to guide, motivate, and develop talent.
- Hands-on experience in managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI for campaigns and initiatives.
- Experience in PR coordination, including media outreach, press releases, and managing relationships with PR agencies or journalists.
- Familiarity with or experience in affiliate marketing is a strong plus.
- Proficient in marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, content management tools, and social media schedulers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling and brand building.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with high attention to detail and a passion for innovation.
