Responsibilities

Senior Lead Developer

- Exhibits communication skills with customers and management.
- Manages stakeholder expectations.
- Works with complete autonomy, without any guidance.
- Has complete understanding of the product, including the end-to-end use cases.
- Has the ownership of module(s) developed by the team and masters the technology stack.
- Exhibits proactive-ness in Identifying Automation opportunities in Dev/QA processes.
- Contributes significantly to requirement definition, design discussions and documentation.
- Identifies risks early in time, ensures execution of mitigation plan.
- Ownership of code reviews and overall products code quality.
- Proposes, designs and implements processes, modules that may increase team efficiency.
- Participates in Second level hiring process of new member.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Skilled in any middleware programming language such as Java, C, C++, C#, Go.
- Ability to do debug on Linux or Windows platform.
- Knowledge in Machine Learning is good-to-have.
- Experience in any CI tool like Jenkins, Teamcity, GitLab CI is good-to-have.




- 7+ years of experience in software development and software engineering, or demonstrable equivalent expertise
- Demonstrable knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols, and common understanding of data protection techniques.
- Deep knowledge of services, security and a strong engineering and development skillset.
- Ability to lead and contribute to technical discussion and troubleshooting as required.
- Proven ability to make decisions and perform complex problem-solving activities under pressure.
- Preferred – Knowledge of cloud computing environment would be added advantage.
