About the role

We’re looking for an SEO Manager with strong e-commerce expertise who can identify growth opportunities and execute them using Organicaly’s in-house platform. You’ll bring the strategic thinking, subject-matter expertise and quality judgment; our tool enables you to take the work from research to implementation without coordinating separate developers or specialist teams.

The ideal candidate understands how organic growth drives revenue, can assess recommendations critically, and takes ownership of results across multiple client accounts.

Key responsibilities

- Own e-commerce SEO strategy, research, implementation and performance tracking within Organicaly’s platform.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and technical audits to identify and prioritize opportunities by business impact.
- Optimize product pages, collection/category pages, site architecture, internal linking and supporting content.
- Evaluate and execute technical SEO initiatives covering crawling, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, structured data and site performance through the platform.
- Optimize Google Merchant Center product feeds, attributes and free listings; investigate diagnostics and resolve listing issues.
- Improve Amazon organic visibility through keyword research, product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms and catalog optimization.
- Implement optimizations within Amazon Seller Central; identify listing issues and guide marketplace improvements.




- Review platform-generated recommendations and outputs, apply expert judgment, and verify implementation quality.
- Track organic visibility, traffic, conversions and revenue, using findings to refine strategies and communicate results clearly.
- Help improve Organicaly’s workflows by identifying opportunities to strengthen recommendations, execution and quality checks.

Must-have skills and experience

- 3–5+ years of SEO experience, including demonstrated results for e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO, including product and collection/category page optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center optimization and product feeds.
- Experience with Amazon SEO and Amazon Seller Central.
- Working understanding of Shopify, WordPress, SFCC, including their structure and SEO capabilities.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Semrush and Screaming Frog. Familiarity with their research, auditing and reporting workflows will help you operate effectively within Organicaly’s platform.
- Confidence using Google Search Console and GA4 to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
- Strong technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research and search-intent knowledge.
- Ability to assess recommendations critically, prioritize work and maintain quality across multiple accounts.
- Clear communication, attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.

Nice to have

- Experience using AI tools and automation in SEO workflows.
- Familiarity with AI search visibility and emerging product-discovery channels.
- Agency experience managing multiple e-commerce brands.
- Understanding of structured data, HTML and how websites work.
