About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level SAP HCM Consultant to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. You will provide support for clients’ live SAP HCM environments, ensuring reliable payroll and HR operations, timely incident resolution, and continuous improvement of the support landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support for SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY)
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs and priorities
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and high-priority incidents, and implement permanent fixes
- Troubleshoot time evaluation, quota generation, and absence/attendance issues
- Manage change requests and minor enhancements, including configuration changes, testing, and transport management
- Coordinate with ABAP developers on defect fixes, custom reports, forms, and interfaces
- Support year-end activities and Support Packages/HR Support Pack updates
- Troubleshoot ESS/MSS, workflow, and interface issues
- Work with the security team on role and authorization issues




- Perform regression testing and UAT support for changes and releases
- Maintain the knowledge base, SOPs, runbooks, and known-error documentation
- Track and report SLA, ticket, and KPI metrics; contribute to service review meetings
- Mentor junior team members and identify automation or process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- 4-7 years of SAP HCM experience, with at least 4-5 years in AMS or production support
- Strong hands-on expertise in: PA/OM, Time Management, Payroll
- Ability to read and debug ABAP code and write clear functional and technical specifications
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
