✅ Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Chennai and surrounding markets.
- Generate leads and drive sales of Precast RCC Underground Tanks.
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects,



and construction companies.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Manage sales enquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction, building materials, or precast products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive understanding of the Chennai construction market.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
