Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Chennai, (Tambaram)
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers through various channels.
- Reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads and generate sales opportunities for the sales lead.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Work towards daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SDR, BDR, Inside Sales or Lead Generation.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Hindi-speaking candidates preferred for day shift.
- Any graduate degree.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Shift Timings
1. Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ( 1 position)
2. Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM (1 position)
