Job Summary

Kofteci Foodkrafts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Restaurant Stewards. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages according to fine-dining standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, grooming standards, and hygiene practices.




- Support upselling and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service, preferably in fine dining.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of table service, menu presentation, and restaurant etiquette.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and guest-focused.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced restaurant environment.
