Role Description The Project Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The intern will support planning and execution of entrepreneurship-related projects, events, and workshops, including coordinating logistics, communicating with participants and partners, and preparing project documentation. Daily responsibilities may include data collection and analysis, assisting in report writing, maintaining project records, and contributing to presentations and communication materials.

The intern will work closely with BEA’s team to engage with grassroots entrepreneurs, support incubation activities at the Enterprising Zone, and help organize outreach campaigns across Bihar.



This role provides exposure to development-focused entrepreneurship programs and offers practical experience in project management within a social-impact organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project coordination and organizational skills, including planning, time management, and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess communication skills, including clear written and spoken English and Hindi, along with interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess basic research and analytical skills, including data gathering, documentation, and report preparation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in common digital tools, such as MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), email, and online collaboration platforms.
- A background in business, management, social sciences, development studies, or related fields (student or recent graduate) is beneficial.
- Interest in entrepreneurship, grassroots development, and working with youth and underprivileged communities is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, collaborate within a team, and adapt to a quick-paced, campaign-style
