We're Hiring: Project Coordinator / Program Manager, Manesar Plant
Frontline Electronics Limited is looking for a driven Project Coordinator to join our Manesar plant.
Location: Manesar, Haryana
Experience: 2-3 years
Salary: : Negotiable
Preference: EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) background. Women candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and customer programs from order to dispatch
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables across production, planning, purchase, and quality
- Follow up on material availability, shortages, and vendor deliveries
- Prepare MIS reports, project status updates, and review meeting trackers
- Be the point of contact between customers and internal teams
- Flag risks and delays early and drive corrective actions
Requirements
- 2-3 years in project coordination, program management, or production planning, ideally in EMS or electronics manufacturing
- Understanding of the manufacturing process, BOM, and material planning
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards)
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines
- Degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business (preferred)
