We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, monitor work progress, guide team members, resolve operational challenges, and ensure smooth and efficient execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and monitor day-to-day operational activities.
Track work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Regularly inspect work quality and maintain operational standards.
Guide, support, and assist team members whenever required.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth operations.
Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain discipline, accountability, and productivity.
Provide regular updates on operational performance and pending tasks to management.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in operations supervision or team management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams and monitor daily operations effectively.
Strong coordination and decision-making abilities.
A proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
