? We're Hiring: OpenStack Engineer – L2

? Location: Noida (Onsite)

? Experience: 4+ Years

? Key Responsibilities:

- Handle L1 escalations, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Administer and maintain OpenStack services: Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, and Keystone.
- Troubleshoot networking issues involving Open vSwitch/OVN, VLAN, VXLAN, routers, and floating IPs.
- Manage storage integration using Ceph or equivalent enterprise storage.
- Execute platform patching, upgrades, maintenance, and change management.
- Automate operational tasks using Ansible, Bash, or Python scripting.
- Monitor capacity, maintain runbooks/SOPs, and support L1 engineers.

? Mandatory Skills:

✅ 4+ years of hands-on OpenStack administration in a production workplace

✅ Strong Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS)





✅ OpenStack networking: OVS/OVN, VLAN, VXLAN

✅ KVM and libvirt troubleshooting

✅ Ceph or equivalent software-defined storage

✅ Ansible and Bash/Python scripting

✅ Production upgrades, patching, and RCA

? Good to Have:

- Red Hat OpenStack Platform / RHCE certification
- Red Hat OpenStack Platform Director or TripleO
- Exposure to OpenShift/Kubernetes
- Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK monitoring tools
- Experience in telecom, BFSI, or large data centre environments
