Position: Business System Analyst - Netsuite Finance Systems

Location: India (Remote)

Timings: 2 pm to 12 am IST

Availability: Immediate–30 days

We are seeking an experienced, NetSuite techno-functional Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with broad experience across enterprise finance systems and processes, including accounting, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P). Will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver system enhancements, integrations, automation, and process improvements across the finance function. The role requires an understanding of end-to-end finance processes, requirements gathering, functional configuration, integration design, testing, production support, and stakeholder management.

- Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end finance processes, including general ledger, record-to-report, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), billing, collections, reconciliations, and financial close.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement reviews, and solution walkthroughs.
