Role Description The Marketing Intern role at AARQ.inc is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The intern will support marketing campaigns by assisting with market research, collecting and analyzing customer and competitor data, and preparing reports and presentations. Daily tasks include helping with social media and digital marketing activities, coordinating with the creative and content teams, and contributing ideas for marketing strategy and promotional initiatives.

The role also involves assisting with basic sales support, maintaining customer interaction records, and providing customer service support during campaigns or events.

Intern will collaborate closely with team members, learn agency workflows, and actively participate in brainstorming sessions and internal reviews.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and audiences.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to support data-driven campaign planning and analysis.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Marketing skills to assist with promotional activities and lead generation efforts.
- Candidates should have basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, analytics) and an interest in branding and creative communication.
- Candidates should demonstrate good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Jaipur.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; internships or project experience in marketing or digital media is an advantage.
