Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Lead BI initiatives and manage a team of analysts to deliver quality results.
- Optimize Power BI reports for performance and user experience.
- Conduct data modeling, transformation, and analysis using Power Query and DAX functions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various data sources.
- Provide training and support to end-users to promote adoption of BI tools.
- Stay updated with the latest BI trends and technologies to continuously improve BI solutions.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Proficient in Power BI, including experience with Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.




- Robust understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database systems (SQL Server, Azure, etc.).
- Experience in creating data visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate insights.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is beneficial.
