Job Summary

Anoud Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Lead - Oracle Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance tuning. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive a team, improve productivity, and deliver quality solutions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries and PL/SQL programs.
- Develop and maintain packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.
- Perform query optimization, indexing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Manage, mentor, and drive large development teams to achieve productivity and delivery targets.
- Work on Java-based applications and Oracle Reports development and maintenance.
- Conduct code reviews, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure coding standards.
- Leverage AI tools effectively for coding, debugging, testing, and productivity improvement.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience in complex queries, Agile SQL, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Reports.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Java development experience is an added advantage.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve development efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred Skills A technically strong Oracle professional with proven leadership experience, capable of combining hands-on development with team management, productivity improvement, and timely project delivery.
