We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Excellence / Data Governance professional to strengthen our enterprise data governance and master data management capabilities.

This role will lead the development and adoption of governance frameworks, improve master data quality, strengthen ownership and stewardship, and help ensure that business-critical data is accurate, consistent, traceable and trusted.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Master Data Governance frameworks, standards and operating models.
- Establish clear Data Owner and Data Steward roles, responsibilities and accountability.
- Drive governance across key master data domains such as Customer, Vendor, Material, Product and Finance.
- Define and monitor Data Quality KPIs, controls and scorecards.
- Lead data quality reviews, audits, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support and enhance MDM and Data Governance platforms, workflows and approval processes.
- Drive Data Catalogue, Business Glossary, Metadata Management and Data Lineage initiatives.
- Support enterprise data modelling, mapping and harmonization across ERP, integration and reporting environments.
- Establish governance standards for analytics and reporting, including Power BI.
- Partner with Business, IT, Enterprise Architecture, Analytics, Data Owners and Data Stewards.
- Lead governance awareness, training, change management and adoption activities.
- Maintain governance standards, policies, SOPs, business rules and supporting documentation.

What we're looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality or Enterprise Data Management.
- Strong experience with Data Governance frameworks, Data Ownership, Data Stewardship and Data Quality Management.
- Experience with one or more governance/MDM platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Profisee, Informatica, Collibra, SAP MDG or Ataccama.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP or Oracle.
- Good understanding of data modelling, mapping,



metadata, lineage, data catalogues and business glossaries.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate governance principles into practical business processes and controls.

Valuable to have:

- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Azure Data Services or Microsoft Purview.
- DAMA, CDMP, DCAM, DGSP or related Data Governance/Data Management certification.
- Experience with global data governance or digital transformation programmes.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance or commercial data.
