Mandate Skillsets : Java 8 & 17 Version, XML/SOAP, JSON/Swagger/YAML, IDE(Eclipse/VSCode/etc), SoapUI/Postman, Tomcat, Maven, Github Copilot

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, API integration, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java 8 and Java 17, XML/SOAP, JSON, and REST API documentation, along with experience in deployment tools, build automation, and CI/CD pipelines.

The candidate should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with good communication abilities, as the role involves direct customer interaction and regular project updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java 8 and Java 17.
- Develop and integrate web services using XML, SOAP, JSON, and REST APIs.
- Work with API documentation and specifications using Swagger and YAML.
- Perform API testing and troubleshooting using Postman and SoapUI.
- Build, deploy, and manage applications on Apache Tomcat.
- Use Maven for project build and dependency management.
- Work with Jenkins and Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
- Use Git for source code management and version control.
- Implement logging and debugging using Log4j.
- Explore and leverage AI-based tools and automation techniques to improve development productivity.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with customers and stakeholders, providing regular updates on development progress and technical issues.

Required Skills:

- 8 to 11 years of robust hands-on experience in Core Java.
- Expertise in JDK 8 or JDK 17.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.




- Solid understanding of multithreading and concurrency (Executors, Synchronization, CompletableFuture, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka / Kafka Streaming.
- Strong SQL and database experience with DB2, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience in AWS Cloud services and application deployment.
- Deep understanding of Java memory management and Garbage Collection mechanisms.
- Experience in microservices architecture.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
