Job Summary

Anoud Technologies is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage IT operations, application support, platform support, and production services. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, meeting service-level targets, managing teams, and coordinating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day IT operations, application support, platform support, and production services.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and operational standards.
- Lead technical support teams and ensure effective resource allocation and workload management.
- Manage incidents, problems, service requests, and escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with onshore teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to maintain service quality.
- Monitor system availability, performance, operational risks, and service delivery metrics.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare operational dashboards and reports covering service performance,



incidents, risks, and team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, operational procedures, and business continuity requirements.

Required Experience and Skills

- 12–15 years of experience in IT Operations, Application Support, Infrastructure Operations, or Service Management.
- Experience managing technical teams and enterprise IT operations.
- Robust knowledge of incident management, problem management, change management, and SLA management.
- Experience in production support, service monitoring, escalation management, and operational reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with global teams and offshore delivery models.
- Insurance / InsurTech domain experience is added advantage

Preferred Certifications

- ITIL 4 Foundation or Managing Professional
- PMP
- PRINCE2
- Agile / Scrum certification
