Job Summary

Kofteci Foodkrafts is looking for a Housekeeping Steward (KST) to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the restaurant, including kitchen areas, dining spaces, and back-of-house facilities, in accordance with fine-dining standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, dining spaces, washrooms, and back-of-house areas.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and workstations.
- Ensure proper washing, drying, and storage of crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Collect and dispose of waste properly and maintain waste segregation.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and chemicals are used and stored safely.




- Assist kitchen and service teams with cleaning requirements during operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, drains, storage areas, and garbage disposal zones.
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and restaurant SOPs.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping or kitchen stewarding, preferably in a fine-dining restaurant or hotel.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.
