Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Finance Manager who can take ownership of the finance function, build robust financial processes, and drive financial discipline across the organisation. The ideal candidate should have experience in setting up systems and processes, managing a team, and working in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
- - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
- - Prepare and analyse MIS reports, P&L; statements, and other key financial reports.
- - Monitor business performance, identify financial gaps,



and provide actionable insights to management.
- - Establish and strengthen finance processes, internal controls, and reporting systems.
- - Manage accounts payable, receivable, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- - Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial discipline and process adherence.
- - Lead and mentor the finance team while ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts.

Experience in a D2C or E-commerce business will be an added advantage.

Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Hands-on experience in building finance systems, processes, and internal controls.

Good knowledge of Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup environment with a hands-on approach.
