Job Summary

Kofteci Foodkrafts is looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused F&B; Associates for its fine-dining restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages according to fine-dining standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, grooming standards, and hygiene practices.




- Promote menu items and support upselling to improve sales.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and courteous service.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in food and beverage service, preferably in fine dining or premium restaurants.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant service standards and table etiquette.
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a guest-first attitude.
- Professional grooming and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.
