We are looking for a Support Engineer for an enterprise device deployment project at Dharti Colony, Gate No. 1, Radhanpur, Gujarat.

Job Summary:

We are looking for engineers to perform Windows OS reimaging, Microsoft Intune enrollment, and endpoint configuration as part of an enterprise device deployment project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform Windows 11 OS reimaging on laptops and desktops.
- Enroll devices into Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD Join).
- Configure device policies, BitLocker encryption, and compliance settings.




- Install and configure required business applications and OEM drivers.
- Troubleshoot OS installation, enrollment, network, and application deployment issues.
- Validate device readiness and ensure successful handover to end users.
- Follow deployment procedures and maintain device deployment records.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with laptop/desktop hardware, drivers, BIOS, and bootable USB drives.
- Knowledge of BitLocker, device enrollment, and application installation.
- Positive troubleshooting and communication skills.
