Role Description As a Data Analyst Intern at FitRezume, you will support the team by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing user and product data to generate actionable insights. You will work with dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, identify trends in user behavior, and help optimize features such as resume recommendations, AI feedback, and job-matching tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with datasets, collaborating with product and engineering teams to define data requirements, and presenting clear findings that inform product decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of statistics and data modeling to design experiments, build basic models, and validate hypotheses.
- Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or basic Python/R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Understanding of data visualization concepts and experience with dashboards or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with distributed teams.
- Interest in HRTech, career platforms, or AI-driven products and a willingness to learn quickly in a dynamic setting.
