Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) is establishing a Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facility at Devanahalli Aerospace Park, Bengaluru, focused on the maintenance, repair, inspection and overhaul of military aircraft, including the C-130J Super Hercules.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on cybersecurity skilled to safeguard our digital infrastructure, endpoints and sensitive information,



drive daily security operations, and strengthen our Information Security Management System (ISMS).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage endpoint and device security, including EDR, antivirus, MDM, MFA, DLP and disk encryption.
- Configure, monitor and strengthen firewalls, VPNs, proxies, network segmentation and Zero Trust access controls.
- Drive vulnerability assessments, risk-based remediation, patch compliance and closure of security findings.
- Collaborate with SOC and infrastructure teams on incident investigation, containment and recovery.
- Coordinate application security assessments and remediation of penetration-testing findings.
- Maintain security policies, support ISO 27001 and applicable compliance requirements, and conduct supplier security assessments.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a related technical discipline.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in security operations or IT security administration.
- Working knowledge of endpoint protection, network security, access management and operating system hardening.
- Practical experience with ISMS, security audits, risk assessments and technical controls.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
