Key Purpose of the Job :

To coordinate with all the branches and meet the customer service requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with customers for the installation at their site and regular training.
- Major trouble shooting at site.
- Conducting customer service survey

2. Major trouble shooting at site.

Register complaints immediately and allocation of Complaint number

Sound product knowledge

On time Updating customer complaint register

MOM signed off by customer

Updating of complaint status in complaint register and feedback to customer on status based on MOM

3. Conducting customer service survey

Identify customer and carry out plant survey as per plan

Knowledge on competitor products

Analytical skill

Organizing Service Blitz to compile and update on product installations
