Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused and result-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to contact existing customers, generate service appointments, follow up on pending services and improve customer retention. The candidate will work with our customer database to ensure timely vehicle servicing and a better customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing customers using the customer database.
- Remind customers about upcoming and overdue vehicle services.
- Generate service appointments and convince customers to visit the service centre.
- Follow up with customers who have not visited or confirmed their appointments.
- Inform customers about service offers, free service schedules, service camps and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure appointments are properly scheduled and customers are attended to.




- Maintain accurate call records, customer feedback and appointment details in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
- Follow up on missed appointments and help improve customer retention.
- Achieve daily calling targets, appointment targets and monthly performance goals.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills and a polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain records.
- Confidence in convincing customers and generating appointments.
- Good follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to communicate in Marathi, Hindi and basic English.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service or automobile CRM is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹16,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
