About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator with at least two years of experience in developing engaging content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, an understanding of social media trends, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other digital platforms.
- Write social media posts, blogs, articles, newsletters, website copy, and campaign communications.
- Create content calendars and support the planning and execution of digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and subject-matter teams to develop creative concepts and content.
- Adapt content to different platforms, audiences, and communication objectives.
- Research relevant topics, industry trends, and audience interests to inform content development.
- Work with designers and video editors to develop creatives, infographics, reels, and short-form videos.




- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and analytics.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, brand alignment, and adherence to editorial guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in content creation, digital marketing, or communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust storytelling, editing, proofreading, and research skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimisation.
- Experience working with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
