At FACE Prep, people are the platform on which outcomes are built. ? Key Responsibilities

- Mentor students in commerce, accounting, finance, taxation, and business-related subjects.
- Conduct engaging training sessions that strengthen conceptual understanding and practical application.
- Collaborate with placement teams to enhance students’ industry readiness.
- Assess student performance through assignments, projects, presentations, and evaluations.
- Communicate with students and parents regarding progress and learning needs.
- Track student attendance, assessments, assignments, and performance metrics.
- Support students in obtaining relevant professional certifications and securing internships.




- Stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices.

? Required Skills

- Strong subject knowledge in commerce, accounting, taxation, and finance.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for mentoring students and supporting their academic and professional growth.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a corporate-style training environment.

? Compensation & Career Growth

- Training period: ₹15,000 per month stipend during offline training in Coimbatore.
- Full-time employment: ₹3,00,000 per annum fixed CTC upon conversion.
- Career progression: CTC revised to ₹4,00,000 per annum upon successfully clearing the NET examination and meeting the applicable Assistant Professor requirements.

? Locations: Major cities across Tamil Nadu. Please note: The initial offline training period is in Coimbatore, even for candidates interested in other locations.
