Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Category Associate to support our category teams in addressing client requirements on an ad hoc basis and resolving vendor escalations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, can quickly adapt to changing priorities, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in category management,

vendor coordination, and client servicing.

Associate – Category Management

● -Support Category Managers in responding to planners' vendor requirements.

● -Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing,



to gather data and insights required for client deliverables.

● -Prepare presentations, reports, and analyses to address client queries and business requirements.

● -Track and maintain category performance metrics such as sales, margins, and market share to support decision-making.

● -Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking.

● -Assist in coordinating with vendors and suppliers for category-related requirements.

● -Manage multiple ad hoc tasks while ensuring timely delivery.

● -Maintain trackers and dashboards to monitor pending client requests and ensure timely closure.

● -Support the creation of category plans, assortment strategies, and promotional calendars as required.
