Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with brands, agencies, and creators, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and outreach, conducting discovery calls, preparing and delivering pitches, coordinating with internal creative and production teams, and following up to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.

maintain an active sales pipeline, prepare sales reports, and contribute to strategic initiatives that expand the company’s client base and revenue.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Experience with client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, media production, and influencer or creator ecosystems is highly beneficial.
- Ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches using tools such as PowerPoint, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive approach to networking, outreach, and building partnerships in the media and marketing industry.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple prospects and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or client servicing within an agency, media, or production setting is a plus.
